This is a large apartment. the whole upstairs is a bedroom and a bath,. downside is there is no door to get upstairs so if you have kids.. lock them up in the downstairs bedroom if you intend to do "adult" stuff. :)
Noise: depending on how loud the neighbors kids are is how much you hear of your neighbors rarely here music or TVs from the connecting apartments.
Parking: depends on where your apartment is located the parking is around the border of the complex but its not a far walk from most apartments.
I say 770.00 because I am not on a regular lease otherwise it is around 700.00 for this stile apartment.
Lighting: At times the outdoor timers are a little lazy on turning on.
