I just moved in a couple of months ago and i LOVE these condo style apartments. The layout is perfect, and the community is really quiet. That manager is really sweet, and the maintenence guy too! The gate works all the time and the one time it broke the next day it was fixed. Haven't had any problems except the deuche that kept parking in my spot, but that was fixed after a call to the towing company.
