I moved here in July 08 and based my decision off of the other reviews and other apts in the area and the pictures given on various websites. I must admit i was nervous i was getting into a 6 month lease of hell, but its really nice.

The people are cordial, the staff is very helpful and prompt with any issues. Pricing is very fair and the gates work most of the time and make the complex seem very safe. The only downfall is that the apt complex is sandwiched between 2 complexes that are always being bumbarded with police. If i am to move its because of the tons of police in the near by area which may spill over to our area in the future.

But other than that this place is a good place to rent from. Tyler and Denise the leasing girls are good with people and very helpful, and maintenance is prompt and even swayed the leasing office to get me new toilets instead of just putting a quick fix.

I've yet to see a place in Arizona WITHOUT police action. Heck, I pass by police when I go grocery shopping; welcome to East Valley (East LA?). This is a nice place to live, you can't control other people though. Mesa is a lower income area, if you want 'all the right people, in all the right places' you need to move to Fountain Hills.
