I moved in Rio Vista Apts on January 4th, 2007. I like my apts although it is a step down from the expensive luxury apts. that I'm used to. With the cost of living in AZ on the rise I opted for something cheaper. I have no issues with the residents or management. My allergies are out of control this year and the owner actually offered to cut down the orange tree next to my apt. The tree is beautiful so we came to an agreement to transfer me to a new unit away from the trees and bushes. They clean the property every morning and even started sweeping by my door for me and the next door neighbor that has bad allergies. I don't know how bad it used to be here but right now these apartments are nice and quiet. Management is friendly and they take care of every request I have within a reasonable amount of time. I would reccommend it 100%. The Apartments are being redone with ceramic Tile and carpet. New air conditioners are going in and the Manager said they will be landscaping soon.
