THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE KNOWN TO MAN CAN BE FOUND AT RIVIERA POINTE APARTMENTS. IF YOU LOVE TO HAVE EXTENSIVE ROOF LEAKS AND MOLD, ROACHES, LACKLUSTER MAINTENANCE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF THIS IS THE COMPLEX FOR YOU! IN ADDITION TO THE INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF, THE UPPER MANAGEMENT OF GREYSTAR IS NOT ONLY SLOW TO RESPOND WHEN NEEDED BUT ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. RIVIERA POINTE APARTMENTS AND GREYSTAR SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THE DISERVICE THEY GIVE TO THEIR RESIDENTS.
