Despite the fact that I moved in here in December and my heater was broke and it took management nearly a month to fix it,and shortly after that my bathroom water heater caught on fire, it could be worse! I have now lived here almost six months, I am not a fan of how management handles maintenace issuses and my neighbors are extremenly loud, and you know that laundry room could use a little air conditioning. Compared to other apartment complexes that I've lived in this place is like the Taj-Mahal. So overall if you have little money such as myself and you dont mind walking your dirty laundry nearly a mile to take it into a smultering laundry room. Or if you don't mind you house freezing at night in the middle of winter or your bathroom nearly burning down. Then this is the place for you. I find that I really can't complain much about this place because the rent is so cheap, however do pay it by the first or you will recieve a nasty late fee of $25.00 (just read the lease). I am not pleased by living here and I wish I could trade my neighbors in for people who are actually considerate of others, let's just say it could be worse.
