I had the misfortune of living in this Moldy Mess for one year. It was mine and my husbands 1st apartment. First of all the area is dangerous and very run down. It screams "slum". You could not walk to the grocery store without being harassed. Well it seemed fine when we moved in that summer but by that fall we started to see condensation on the windows and not just a little but a lot the kind that would build up and drip and rundown the windows and drip down the walls. Condensation would also form on the walls. I had to spend hours a day drying things out with a hairdryer. In spite of the fact that I did my best to combat the moisture I still started to notice mold. I kept that apartment clean but mold still developed. It destroyed some of the records in my husband s vinyl collection. I would avoid this place no matter what.
