I've been here a year and a half. First-time renter they have worked with me due to paycheck probs and not being able to get rent to them on time. My place hasn't been broken into, Nothing has been stolen of mine. The roaches hold union meetings it seems like at my place cuz there's a ton of them. Can't say the neighbors are noisy but that's usually because I feel better with my stereo blaring drowning out all the police sirens...no really recently we had numerous cops swarming the joint over some suicidal dude and they threw a flash bang or used a gas axe on the front door or something all like CounterStrike Spec-Ops, would-make-Tom-Clancy-proud style which shook all the buildings with a loud BOOM! Other than that I think everyone's scared of everyone else's past so we just like to mind our own business in a you-can-smoke-crack-just-not-in-front-of-the-kids kind of way(yeah a neighbor just went away for 3 mos for that). The grounds are pretty amazing but then what did you expect from a bunch of meth-addicts (seriously I overheard one say "J*** (decent enough landlord as long as your respectful to him) doesn't think things through like I do, I wear my thinking cap! I put stuff down on my calendar so I don't forget! THINKING CAP')ALL IN ALL YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR I JUST DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO SINGLE MOTHERS AND ALL OUT THERE UNLESS YOUR ARMED.
