For anybody that is a professional/ student/ non-criminal, do not rent at San Miguel. I am a pilot and my girlfriend is a grad-student, and the last two years have been the worst. There are drugs done in the open, music played loud in the parking lot durning all hours, and property crimes. My girlfriend feels uncomfortable while walking from her car to the apartment. There have been many complaints turned in to management but nothing is ever done. Trinity Management has residents sign a "crime free addendum", stating rules and regulations of the community-all for show. Trust me when I say that it is not worth it for anyone who has a real job/ life.
