used to be a nice place, only to turn into a dump! animal poo everywhere, kids out late at night without parents, loud noise and parties all week long, annoying dogs constantly barking. drugs, gun shots. even someone tried stealing my car once but they were too stupid to figure it out, recently someone siphoned my gas tank too! Hello wheres that security guard i see on the bike every night when this stuff happens. Oh yea the maintenance crew are pretty untrustworthy too, don't leave anything valuable around, whether they are welcome in the home or not, they go in!! complain about anything you want and nothing happens! cops are there ALL the time, you start to wonder how safe it really is, thank God i'm not a resident there anymore!!! I hate to even visit my old neighbors there just because I hate san miguel so much. The only one good thing I can say is the assistant property manager there is awesome and professional and very nice, she is the only thing good about that place!
