This apartment complex may seem nice at first, but do not let first impressions get you! I had issues with parking, refund return and maintanince requests! There are always parking issues in this lot as they assign one slot per apartment and the rest of the parking is first come, first serve, have your guests over by 5pm to get a spot or park elsewhere! Also, not only was parking constently an issue but when I moved out the complex refused to do a move out inspection with me there which resulted in over $1200 worth of 'carpet replacement' costs! I filed a complaint with the BBB, however the company failed to respond.
Lastly, I had a smoke detector broken/damaged for over 6 months which no one responded to the maintence call, the management had 'no idea' what I was talking about when I called for updates on the status.
