Unless you want mold exposure DON'T MOVE HERE! We had an issue and when they sent someone out to "Fix" the problem we found out we had mold in the walls behind the drywall and in the wood framing. I was told that that needed to be taken care of. Later that day "Maintenance" came out and all they did was replace the drywall' They did not do what was told to me and when office staff called to check up I informed them also what had been brought to my attention and why maintenance had done nothing except put a BIG bandage over the problem. My wife has asthma and this could be fatal to her. I hear they are "renovating" and "remodeling" the apts. Why wouldn't they rather spend that money in making sure thier residents are safe from mold and deadly bacteria' By the way nothing still has been done...we are paying rent for an apt. we are not living, in so you decide if this is the kind of "Luxury" you want to live in.
