STAY AWAY!!

Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2003-01-01

The management is the WORST EVER! I was promised that I would not hear anything from my upstairs neighbors because there is a concrete slab between the apartments.

I hear every thing, they keep me up at night and have made my life a living hell.

The management won't do anything about it, they're just kids themselves!!!
