We love San Montero!! Our apartment is great, it's a really practicle floorplan. The complex is always clean and quiet. Our neighbors are very freindly and the staff is always professional & helpful! Our only complaint is that the parking is bad by our apartment, but there are always open spots in the front of the complex.

My family and I also live at San Montero and agree that the floorplans are nice and the complex is clean. We've never had a difficult time finding a parking space, but the parking lots do have other major problems such as cars being vandalized, broken into and even stolen. Also, the person who wrote the review above must live in a building far from the one my family and I live in because our neighbors are neither friendly nor quiet. Which brings me to the office staff, who seems unwilling to enforce the rules they have put in place, especially when it comes to "after hours" noise.
