San Montero

 

The grounds are well maintained - beautiful.

Sad to say this does not extend into the pool - the pool has been filthy with dirt marks around the inside of the pool, the spa did not work most of the time because the jets were blocked by leaves and the drainage.

One year when I was there I had many skin problems, stopped using the pool and the skin problems disappeared.

The appliances need to be upgraded as some of them are in poor condition.

They are old, very old.

When I was using my washer and dryer had to leave the area because of the noise.

Carpeting was a disaster, the first time I vacuumed the threads started tearing away.

It got worse as time went on.

My question to the management is why does it take two to clean the grounds in the morning' One person drives the cart and the other guy picks up the trash that is very little.

Why can't two men walk without the cart since the buildings are close together.

Why use the cart' Inspection is a joke - they don't inspect - again two men do the inspection, one changes the filter and the other sets off the fire alarm to check it out.

This shocked me, two men to do an inspection for one apartment'

The management is useless and unfriendly - but if they like you - well, you get the royal treatment.

The management team is so unfriendly if they smiled they would crack their faces.

One time I went to a function at their clubhouse where food was being served, I was still eating while the manager grabbed my plate that was filled with food.

I also get the impression they do not like those in maintenance - they have a negative attitude toward them especially Virginia.

She goes out of her way to promote the complex and their activities but you mention her name and their nose could almost reach the sky.

They have a gem who cares and there is no sign of appreciation toward her.

Hate to tell you people in charge - she is your advocate not your enemy

I had physical problems when I left but this team at San Montero sent the message "LEAVE"

There is no control of the children , they ride their bikes and scooters in the parking area and do not look where they are going.

I actually had a child stand on their scooter behind my car and dare me to back out.

That child finally moved.
Cars speed through the parking lot area and do not look.

This place is calling for a tragedy.

This is a luxury apartment' I don't think so - take a look around.

They raise the rent but no improvements -
