I lived at San Montero from May 04 to May 05 and everything was fine until they wanted to enter my apartment for inspection during day when I sleep after working 12 hr nights I called and asked if they could do mine first told no concessions could be made for night shift people they didn't know what time they would be at my apartment.
I had to work again that night and I didn't want someone in my apt when I'm asleep.
I had to contact an attorney to prevent them from entering while I slept.
From that point on I dealt with nothing but harrassment from office staff.
Also had multiple issues with ants and difficult getting staff to take care of it.
Don't rent here unless you enjoy headaches!!!!!!

What and idiot this person is. I dont live here or work here, I am a future resident and if the only thing I have to be concerned about is a Routin Inspection, I will take it. They have them at every other property Ive lived at. And what makes you so special that they would change their schedule for you. Some people are only concerend with themselves, please!

i lived there a few years ago with my parents and im out on my own now. we never had an inspection. and i dont see why they would need to inspect your apartment unless you gave them a reason... complaints, several maintenance problems, too many calls about ants.... maybe they wanted to check out your apartment so they could fix your problems. and ten-fifteen minutes out of the sleep schedule shouldnt kill you. go to bed earlier. i would have a problem with someone who gave me crap all the time and then when i try to help they reject it too. glad you're outta there. im sure you werent a pleasent neighbor.

Hmm, "So what makes you so special that they should change their schedule for you." Ah the Landlord Tenant Act says so : ) Landlords can only enter your apt when it is convient to your schedule, or you just give them permission to enter. come on people now your rights.
