I lived at San Montero for about two years and really liked it. I moved here from out of state and it was an easy transition. The leasing person that helped my roommate and I was very friendly and always remembered my name when we saw her around the complex. I loved the pool!, Hands down my fave part, although the parties the office would have were fun too. My roommate liked the gym alot, me not so much a fan of working out, although I did use the sauna in the fitness room and that was nice. Our apartment was really cute inside, and I liked the way it was set up. San Montero is also really close to where I work so that was good to, because I could just jump on the 60 and get to work fast, when traffic is good! I did wish the two bedroom apartments guest bedroom was a little bigger, because my roommate did get the master bedroom, but the I got a covered parking space right in front of the apartment so you win some you lose some! We probably would have stayed but my roomate moved to CA and I moved into a townhome with two floors and attached garage!
