We lived here 7 months and that was about 6 months too long. If you move in get an end and an upper because the walls are like rice paper! We had apt with many people in it above us and could here EVERY sound they made even late at night!!! UGH! Maintance would leave notes they would be back to fix things we reported and never return .. We finally give up. Our A/C broke often with no resolve if it wasn't during business hours M-F. Our heat never worked and we just plain gave up on ALL the little things. And yes, others aren't lying...BUGS BUGS BUGS,,, kitchen and bath. And COPS at least 3-4 times a week with one stabing while we were there (that we know of). Dryers broke most the time and one pool chained shut most of summer and pools not attended on weekends at all which really was bad. Rent is cheat and move in is very little but then again that is what you pay for very little! Nice things' Area is close to a lot of nice places but that's about all I can think of. Cars broke into and things stolen..Couldn't leave windows open when not at home. Lots of door-to-door sales and forget sitting outside your apt. You will get notes from manage that you can't even leave a chair outside your door that you have no outside space to call your own... Just don't do it! Longest seven months...they say one month free!! LIE! They had an extra month onto the end of your six month lease making it seven months you have to be there so they still get six months rent out of you and increase your sentence by one month!
