200 apartments. Studios & one bedrooms. Located near access to the major highways access/major loops. One of the cheaper places to live in (not the nicest part of) Mesa, it has a largely Hispanic population. Laundry facilities on site. 2 pools. Husband & wife older lady manage. A couple of the maintenance men (one younger family guy okay divorced middle-aged hillbilly) live on site. Some carport parking, but spaces are tight underneath. Noisy children play within the courtyards. Walls are thin; you can hear televisions, stereos, etc. in apartments beside you as well as above you. No recycling facilities. Close to a Circle K, towny bar, Hispanic plaza.
