I am a resident from Sandal Ridge since 2006. During my first year I experienced the worst in management, however, on February 2007 the property was sold and a new management team took charge of this property. As they said in the AZ Republic on June 01, 2007, Getting a new lease on life.
The new manager has cleaned this property to where I love coming home. They listen to our needs, the renovation is going every day and you could see the changes.
The most important part is there excellent customer service and the great maintenance team. I'm so happy. Now they have patrol, cameras and they clean the property from all those people trying to run down the place.
