I lived at Sandbridge for almost 2 years in hopes that it would get better but it never did thats why I had to move. The washer and dryer might have seemed new but they were rebuilt and when I tried to get maintenance to fix them I was told thats just the way they work. I had $200 in clothing shredded because what was suppose to be a gentle cycle I was told wasnt REALLY a gentle cycle its just a shorter cycle. I had a pvc pipe in the ceiling of my shower hanging about 3 inches. When I asked what it was no one knew and it was left at that. The computers NEVER worked in the business center they were always going to get fixed.RIGHT. never happened. I asked for a new bolt lock for my door because it didnt lock and after 2 calls and a written request maintenance didnt replace it but temp fixed it. it worked for 3 days. The banging pipes in the walls kept my whole family from getting any sleep for months as was told there was nothing they could do about it. It was so loud and hit the walls so hard it knocked items off my wall. They had a box that records earthquakes attached outside the building to determine how hard it was really was. I know this because the maintenance guys told me this information. DO NOT CAUSE yourself grief by moving into this complex....I'm telling the truth I have a rental agreement they let me brake due to these issues and if I could post it I would!!!

And here I thought I was the only one that heard the sound of a heard of elephants coming through the walls here.
I also went to maintenance and still have this problem. We have to small children that are woke up all night long from the loud noise and cant wait to leave this place.
