Yea I agree with a lot of the other residents that have written reviews. I have lived here for almost a year and been able to hear the plumbing anytime uses the water. Parking is horrible and my wife and I were only give one parking spot for the two of us so most the time I have to hunt for a spot to park my car. On top of that the reserved spots they do have are so small ever our little car is a nightmare to park. We have never seen the maintanence crew to fix our numerous problems we gave the managment in the beginning. Then to get onto baseline there are weeds that have grown over 6 feet tall and have been there for over 2 weeks without the management doing anything about it. Maybe it's not their responsibility but as a resident it is very hazardous to pull out of the apartments onto baseline and that is their problem. I could go on and on about the problems we have ran into but why waste my time. Overall it was ok but definatly needs some major improvements.
