wouldn't recommend, you might regret it in the end

I had several issues:

When I moved out, the complex charged exhorbinant fees for carpet cleaning, over 200 dollars for a one bedroom den and most of the expense was normal wear and tear. The complex took my 200 dollar deposit and charged me over 120 dollars additionally. I'm sure most tenants pay them because the company could ruin you credit and rental credit if you don't and your only remedy in small claims court. Who is going to waste their time suing for 320 dollars' Why because it means nothing to the company. The company's reputation remains in tact while they rip off their tenants.

They also claim not to take pit bulls but while I was living there I saw my nieghbor with a pit bull several times and the last month I was there I saw a person walking a pit bull regularly near my apartment. Of course, dog feces is a continual issue. Even after they do the common area maintainance, they still don't pick it up. Parvo is spread through dog feces, I would be careful if you have a dog and on a lesser note, you will get it on your shoes.

The management would leave notices about needing to enter the apartment only days before entering. They painted the outside of the building and said it would take one day and we needed to park away from the building only days before begining, informing the residents to clear off their porches. The painting didn't begin on the stated date and wasn't completed on my building for a week without any change notifying the residents to park in other areas but the complex posted signs everywhere that they were not liable for any damages regarding paint spray on vehicles.

When you'd go pick up a package from the office, you would have to wait and argue that the package was there. Half the time it took the staff 3 visits to where ever they stored the package to come out with your package.
