Sandbridge was recently bought by another company and is now called "Colonial Grand at Inverness Commons", even the name is obnoxious.
I've lived here for a few years and can't wait to move at the end of my lease. Here is a shortened list...

Every assigned parking spot is next to a support column.

I had a $24 dollar fee balloon to over $100 dollars because I didn't receive the notice for three
months, I was told that they had been busy.

The rent is continually being raised, various new fees and taxes. I was threatened with legal action for not paying a fee I was never notified about. For five months I was told that the various notices were a mistake and that I did not owe anything; The owed amount had obviously ballooned by that point.

Someone tried climbing through my window.

The new staff is very rude and unprofessional.

They resurfaced the parking lot without arranging alternate parking for the residents and I spent 20 minutes trying to find a spot.

Broken bottles in the pool. Luckily, I don't use the pool after seeing a swarm of roaches by the hot tub.


I'm jealous of the other reviewers that seem to have had a great time here, maybe they like bugs.
