Police Spot Lights every night!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived here for almost a year now and there has not been a night that goes by without the police hellicopter flying over with their spot light shining in my windows or in the courtyards around the complex. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing my lease.
