I think that it is a good place to live. I have a studio there! I have only lived here for a month, so I guess my opionion may be wrong. However, The price is great! Only 400 dollars a month will get you a studio with free utilities, furnished, and around 470 square feet. Plus it is only a couple miles away from ASU. They also have a night time security guy that drives around in his bike. Overall, not a bad buy, especially if you go to ASU or MCC.

I have to agree this review has to be written by management. First off the studio apartments are not 470 square feet. Try about 286 square feet. I know because I actually measured my apartment that I was living in. Security here is a joke, and there is whole lot better places that are closer to ASU than this dump

Listen to the 2 posts in response to this review. I just want people reading all this to understand this place is nasty, and I mean this place is old, has bugs, crime, and alot of drugs! If your going to college don't hurt yourself by staying here unless your prepared with this kind of lifestyle.
