I signed a 7 month lease, and other than a rough beginning, my rent has been on time (always due the 1st).

Ramification for being late is tremendous. I assumed my rent for a studio was $476, when in reality it's $499. Pay it on the 1st (and the 1st only!) it's $476. After midnight, you owe $499 plus $5.00 per day late. Papers are filed after the 3rd day (more money), etc.

Other than that, the management is very friendly and cooperative, offering free use of a vaccum cleaner, air-filters, etc.

If you pay your rent on or before its due, you'll find your stay here pleasant, although the studio's are quite small.

Biggest complaint, under-counter refrigerator is too small, hot plate for stove (no oven) and extremely tiny shower (no bath).
