I have lived here for about a year. I havent't had major problems here. Maintenance is very responsive. I called about my power being out on a weekend and got a call back in 20 minutes. The complex is decently quiet. My only complaint is that I have a studio and it is really small. Yesterday I had to go outside to change my mind.
