Overall it is not a bad starter apartment. I felt safe. The grounds are kept up nice and the courtesy patrol is a definate plus (even though the guy looks goofy and probably couldn't hurt a fly if he tried)- at least it's someone who could call for the police if need be. The apartment itself was very dirty and the carpet was the absolute worst!! the kitchen is not a kitchen at all and the fridge is pint sized, along with pint sized stove. Perfect for one person- maybe cramped for two. The laundry room was always clean and pleasant- wish I could say the same for the owner and her staff. They are nice until they got you, then they are very rude and inconsiderate. I'd say ok for teens/college kids- Nay for families just starting out.
