These apartments are small and dark with out dated paneling. The studios have no refrigerator, or oven. Just a stove top burner that doesn't work! They are very expensive only because of the location. The walls are so thin smoke seeps through and you can hear the people next door cough. THATS BAD!
I've never had a run in with staff, except for when I sprained my ankle after I fell down their wet stairs. They never offered compensation which is legally the requirement.
Hot water is a problem too. I guess the pipes are constantly breaking so they turn the water off every week to fix another broken pipe.
Laundry is a problem as well. The washers are small and pricey and the facility is only open from 8 to 10. Some people work! Why not give a key to residents and up date the doors to automatically shut if there is a problem with homeless people. OH which brings up another subject. LOTS OF HOMELESS PEOPLE DUMPSTER DIVING!
