The rent is cheap here and I have never had my car broken into so it's Ok for the price. The outside has new paint We like it better then the old paint and they put new pluming in so I have no problem with pluming.
The apts look old inside and I have a roach problem the managment sprays when asked. And the nasty critters go away for awhile but usually return. The neighbors party late at night and make alot of noise. The staff is great though, usually under standing on late rent. They got a new Manager so I hope this person is like our previous manager. If you are on a budget an not picky this place is ok for the price. I was told the rent will go up more as time goes on.

This review is right on the money. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately the new paint job doesn't cover the poor management problems, like the security gates that never seem to work right or the poor land scapeing since the new management took over and not to mention air condition units that sound like you just put a quarter in to watch your bed move. Traffic control is out of hand and that includes all the vendors ringing their bells through out the day. I was assured when I moved in soliciting was not allowed but yet management nor the new on-site security has stopped this. Monthly utilities for water, sewer, trash and service has almost doubled in one year, so yes if you are on a budget and not picky, please read the FINE PRINT on your lease agreement before signing.
