We have lived at this apartment complex for a year now. The first weekend that we moved in the whole apartment flooded all the way to the front door. They never found the problem, but wouldnt let us move into a different unit. While trying to find the problem they created a leak in the sink in the bathroom which dripped constantly and eventually made the inside of the cabinets under the sink dip from being soaked. We had termites about a month later. We could not change a light bulb in the closet due to it being rusted to the ceiling. Our air conditioner has broken a total of 10 times in on year. The last time the ac broke they came to fix it and left it working but with a clog in the condensation which dripped so quickly that within one day there was a hole in our ceiling and the carpet beneath was soaked. We gave up on using our linen closet as the doors would completely come off the track everytime it was used. There are WAY too many maintenance issues for the cost. They do not maintain these apartments at all. While signing the lease they will do their best to convince you that they will monitor noise and illegal activity. We had CONSTANT noise problems and blatantly witnessed drug use outside.
