Well now. I had posted the name and address of the owning company but it was just removed because of personal information. Since I will just continue to get deleted, the name and address of the owning company and all parties involved can be accessed through the county recorders office. The information is public record and was in my opinion only deleted because SOMEONE does not want her actions know. Now on to the review.
Safety. While residing at Sienna, I live in constant fear of burglary, molestation and muggings. Management does nothing to stop it. When a bad thing happens, they say it was your fault.
Construction. Shoddy. After dealing with the staff I am under the impression that is purposely below grade so they can make more money at move out. I do understand paying if you have trashed the place, but normal wear and tear after two years is not taken into account.
Grounds. Grounds are ok, nothing special but the location is horrid. The apartments just down the street are known to be crack houses. (Police reports are also on public record)
Management. Management is the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are: rude, deceitful, liars, vicious, and last but not least, lacking any form of human courtesy once they have your money. They are nice before you sign the lease, but watch out after.
When ever I see someone touring the property, I want to warn them, but any attempt to do so gets you retaliation by the office. I only wish that no one else ever has to go through the misery of living here.
