Why doesnt the management just put their names on the phony reviews. Its so obviously fake. I was a resident for 1 1/2 year at Sienna and I know all the complains are true!!
I have NEVER had a problem getting my rent deposit back until I moved out of this place.
Management does NOTHING about loud neighbors and had no concern when my vehicle was stolen the week I moved it. They blamed it on the city and the freeway. Guess it had nothing to do with the lack of security or security gate for that matter.
And if you think your gonna park close to your apartment, try again. I had to park 6 spaces away and around the corner from my apartment where I couldnt even see my car!
So I thought I'd ask for a closer spot after my car was stolen, but they were unable to provide me with another spot. Even though in the months following I saw new residents get closer spots than mine! .
The best thing about Sienna is the pool.
Its great! Unforunately some of the low income housing around the area thinks so as well, so they visit too.
I will admit that with Sienna I was deceived by the looks but I encourage anything thinking of renting her to read these reviews. And try to overlook the obvious phony ones. Whomever wrote these needs to work for Hallmark!
My personal favorite was how one review stated they would like to pay more for this place!!! I dont know what the rent is currently, but 1 1/2 years ago when i was there it was approx 900-950 for a 2 bedroom. How much more could it be!
Not worth the price.
Save your $$ instead of spending it at this over priced poorly managed apartment.
