Poor Ethics and worse management and Customer Service

Let me start by saying that this use to be a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. However, the new management and staff are the reason why i am writing the below.
After spending the kind of money that I have spent for my apartment I am completely disatisfied with what I received. I should have moved out long before I did. After the crime wave of stolen cars with no concern from management, the lack of response in any form and the lack of organization performed by the entire staff, I can only say beware! They provided information for a 'safe' move out that would be likely to 'reduce' the likelyhood of extra fees. This information cost me hundreds of dollars as I found out after the fact that I should not have done any of the things they stated. (I don't have a problem paying for what is deserved but the items they listed are unreasonable and unless you take off your shoes upon entry, cover the carpet with rugs, wash the tiled floors with soft hand wipes, you will end up paying more than you should. Normal wear is not something they understand.)
As another message stated and you can read for yourself, they often place messages on this website that are actually marketing campaigns and thus false reviews. Read the language and think of how many people actually use words and phrases like that!
BOTTOM LINE...LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
