Ripped on the Move-Out Inspection!

When I moved out of Sienna, the man who did the inspection made one comment about the carpet - I assumed he was talking about the 2 little black spots that would need fixing. To my surprise, I received a bill for over $1000 to replace the entire carpet! They told me it was due to urine being all over the carpet, including closets, etc...Here's the funny part - I HAVEN'T OWNED A PET IN 8 YEARS!!! My stay was not bad at Sienna, but I sure feel like I was kicked in the butt on the way out!
