I most definitely agree with all of the negative complaints regarding this establishment. They were pleasant to us when we moved in, now it is simply impossible to get any good service.

Facts people should know about Sienna:

1. They Do not accept packages. Unless you are able to be home for the entire day, you cannot receive any packages from UPS or FedEX. I told my family that they had to send small packages through the US Mail. The last package that was sent to me was stolen.

2. If you leave a deposit for ANYTHING you will not get it back. I recently rented the "clubhouse" and made a $200 deposit. I left the place in immaculate condition and they have not returned the deposit to me. I have a copy of the contract that states that I will be reimbursed for the deposit within 14 days of renting the property. I have yet to see the money or hear any confirmation that they intend to pay me back.

3. I fear the day when I move out. I have heard horror stories from everyone who has moved out of Sienna at Riverview.

4. There is A LOT of wasted water on the property. Most days there are puddles of water all through out the parking lots. Even in the middle of the summer.

The condition of the property is beautiful! However, it is not worth all of your troubles.
