STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT RENTING FROM SIENNA! (DETAILED INFO WHY)

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I am a current resident at Sienna. I strongly suggest not renting from them.
#1) TERRIBLE APARTMENT NOISE INSULATION
The apartments are very poorly insulated against transfering sound from one
apartment to your neighbors (below, above, and on the same floor)! All my friends in the complex had the same issue. I am a very conscientious person, but these apartments made even that a complete challenge.
Very low television and stereo volume could be clearly heard in the apartments directly below mine and on the same floor. I could not listen to music a reasonable volume without disturbing my neighbors when they were home.
Keep in mind I lived in three other apartment complex's and never had ANY problems like I've had in Sienna with noise issues from apartment to apartment. Check it out for yourself or speak with current residents!
#2) POOR MANAGEMENT
Management completely changes their demeanor after you sign your lease.
From initial renting to afterwards they have a very cunning approach in the office upon requests that are not in their best interests to tell you that you will have to come back the next day or a following day in an attempt to get your agreement at the current time. Experience it for yourself it shows right away.
#3) THEFT
Numerous friends had their vehicles broken into. Both management and police took the approach that this was not an important problem to deal with.
There are many other things I did not like about Sienna, but I wanted to hit the main points. Everything I have written is factual and it would be in YOUR best interest not to rent from Sienna. I myself wish I had known what I do now.
Leases run for a considerable amount of time and this isn't the place you want to be stuck at !!!
