And I've come to the conclusion as to why these places are getting so many bad marks:



1. This IS Mesa, AZ, people aka "Toothless, crankster, hillbilly capitol of the world"

2. Anyone who moves in here is just begging for trouble.

3. Anyone who moves in here (please revert back to reason #1) falls into that catagory.

4. Apparently, the management sucks just as much as every management team I've seen.

5. You'd all rather spend your money on meth or crack than pony up the dough and get better living arrangements. You only have yourselves to blame. Crack is whack.

6. You all don't know how to take care of your apartment cuz your nasty, ------- welfare collecting slobs. If your place looks like ---- it's because of you and no one else.




P.S. I'm not the manager, so don't even go there. I've passed by these shitsticks....they're total crap. I'd never rent here. I wouldn't even want my worse enemy to rent here. Go get a job and stop renting dumps with your government assistance and then we'll talk.
