You are clearly a part of the management staff trying to rebuttle this persons statements, otherwise you wouldn't be so offended. From the things that I have read and seen regarding this complex, I DON'T think his story is so farfetched. Granted this complex looks very nice, keeps up on the ground maintenance, has a luring pool, and shows the nicest units as the "model apartments", but if I knew everything that I know now and with all of my past experiences with this complex I would have never moved in. I thought it would be nice being close to the freeways and pretty close to ASU, but for everything I went through, I would have rather lived elsewhere. As far as the Ghetto comment goes, the complex itself doesn't appear to be ghetto, but everything surrounding is definietly ghetto, for example the open field west of the complex and the mobile home park southwest of the complex, if I were you I would just stay away at all costs. But if you do happen to move in I would advise you to take pictures upon move in and move out, and be there for move out inspection, and also don't grant access without you being present. As far as the management goes, I think they should deal directly with these people instead of trying to share their opinions through this TENANT REVIEW website, note, this is not a MANAGEMENT REVIEW website, but a TENANT REVIEW website. Also, management is nice prior to moving in, and quite rude thereafter, I also had an apartment not be ready on time, that's why I don't think his story is so farfetched.
