I'm a longtime resident at Sienna. During my 2 years I've had occasion to be in the office during more than several times when other residents have been in the office trying to debate some kind grievance. In every case the resident was abusive to the person they were talking to. The office was always polite and trying to be helpful. The usual problem seemed to be that they were being charged for something, usually at move out. The resident was asked if they indeed had an illegal pet, or had left their apartment dirty or some other similar case. After more denying and yelling they always said that they felt they were being overcharged. So, the charges are founded but you don't want to pay for your damages!' I think that is probably the case most of the time. Management seems to feel you should pay for your own damages. I think I agree with management. If your pet(probably not a legal pet, huh), ruins or damages their property they have a right to repair or replace it, at your cost. I for one do not feel that I should have to pay for your lack of responsibility an honesty. People don't just make up charges to get you. GROW UP! Get some moral character and join the human race.
