My husband and I were planning to ove-in to Sienna At Riverview becauuse my current apartment is way far from College. we submitted all the peper works they wanted, which they asked us one at a time instead of all at once! Every day I would get a call that more papers are needed! Manager said had to ask their laywer because we weren't American citizens! Took application and holding fees fast, but soooooo slow to return back! Managment & leasing office were very rude because we are INTERNATIONAL students! The Manager is such a "B*tch!" She indicated that to move-n we have to be: White Americans! I hated dealing with them and rather stay far than deal with such morons!
