if you want to pay 200 to 300 dollars for minor repairs- Sienna is the place for you.
They make regular "inspections" during the month and find things that need to be relaced or fixed and charge you high amounts. Forget about getting your deposit back at end of lease, because you will be paying them in the end on top of the deposit. Doesnt matter if you clean the place spotless- they will find little items like "the alarm is broken and needs to be fixed" I never partied there or had any people there, just a working individual. When I moved out I had friends and family help clean the place spottless, but still got charged outrageuosly.
