Email me if you are a current or past resident and you are fed up with Sienna's management. If you would like to join Sienna's tenant assocation email me at siennatenant1@hotmail.com ------------------------------ good to see that people are not renting here because of this website. However, for the people, like myself, who are already living here... We must get some results! I found out from a source that we may have new owners (listed below). I have sent them an email and would encourage others that live here to do the same or write or call them.

Dear <<>>: Subject: Sienna at Riverview ALERT!
You have a serious problem with your management at Sienna at Riverview in Mesa, AZ. They are rude, unprofessional and take corporate matters into their own hands. I will not discuss my identity or specific issues with you because I still live there and am considering legal actions against your company.
I'm sure you've heard from others about similar management concerns, however if you have any doubt in your mind about this existing problem I encourage you to visit the following websites and read the over 100 complaints!
www.apartmentratings.com www.apartmentreviews.com
You need serious changes at this complex and I believe it starts with a management change, most notably <<>> and <<>>. The tenants, as a whole, feel that the entire management staff lacks the people skills to coexist with the tenants. The manager, <<>>, appears to have the worst attitude of all which, as leaders like you and I know, sets the standard for the rest of her team. She must be replaced.
Additionally, although I am still currently a tenant, I have read more than I wanted to concerning “move-out scams” in other words, unjustly charging tenants for fraudulent damages. Please also read the reviews on the above websites concerning this issue.
As I am not a litigious person by nature, I will carefully watch any changes that occur over the next month. However, if management and conditions here do not change the tenants will come together. We are already organizing a tenants’ association whereby holding regular meetings to discuss further actions such as; contacting the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office (which has been done in the past), contacting the local television stations and picketing in front of the complex. If this proves to be unsuccessful individual and class action lawsuits will also be considered. After reading the many complaints on the websites and performing your own investigations, I am confident that you will take the necessary steps in protecting yourself and your company against the liabilities in which your management jeopardizes you with, and taking these actions rapidly
Sincerely, You may contact me via email at siennatenant1@hotmail.com ENCLOSURES
