I loved it here

I lived at Sienna for 3.5 years, and for the most part, I loved it. My neighbors were quiet, the grounds were beautiful (although not kept up quite as nice as when I first moved in), and I never had any complaints with management. My only complaint was that my garbage disposal would break regularly--something that I've never had happen before--and parking sucked for guests. I rarely had any bugs in my apartment, and those that I did have were an occasional cricket that most likely entered when I opened my door and tiny spiders. Never saw any roaches near my apartment, although I did see some down by the pool if I happened to be walking by at night.
I just moved out Jan 31st, and after reading all the reports on this site, I was so afraid of all the charges I would receive. I cleaned the apartment and showed up for my walk through, and was repeatedly told that she couldn't believe I'd lived there for as long as I did because the apartment was in great shape. Although I had some dark marks on the walls that I could not get off, and some spots on the carpet, i was given back my full deposit.
Management recently changed to a new company, and I think this was probably the best thing for the complex. While I never had a problem with the previous management company, and I suspect that those who did were also causing problems, I believe that the new company isn't going to change you for ridiculous move out charges. But I highly recommend scheduling a walk-thru before you leave.
