I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years now...I plan to renew my lease now that there is new management in place...they are really making a difference...with the noise level especially as some people need to get up early for work...the security is very impressive now - I always see them walking the grounds now....and if anything breaks or doesn't work...the maintenance are there the next day to fix it...I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS....compared to other apartments, this one rocks...my family from out of state is always impressed with the way the grounds are kept up also...I have been to apartments complexes in Scottsdale that cost way more and are definately not as nice as Sienna....thanks for listening.

Just don't have guests park the wrong way or in the wrong spots. look for the posted signs that they say the have.. not. maybe someday they will let guests know how to park. uncovered spots.. yes, thats what the lease says, but they say no.
