Been at this apartment going on 4 years. Loved living here prior to new owners and new management. Have had work orders in the office for over a month, no action, even after mentioning them several times. The complex is filthy. They had painters come and never cleaned up after them. There is dirt in the enry ways to the apartments a half in thick. Previous management always made sure they were washed at least one a month. Trash all over the parking lots, no body picks it up. Open cans of beer in the pool, smoking in the pool...who knows what else.

Location and apartments are nice but be careful. I have been here a few months now as the new management took over. The attention to detail is very bad. The new paint looks nice but since it's a dark color the "automatic" lights need to turn on a little earlier to compensate, it gets so dark to where you can find the key lock to your own door. We told them about the issue and nothing happened. Also, after the painting all the hallways are dirty, a large piece of cardboard was left on my patio, and it looks like there will be no cleaning after more than a month. With all of this, they already raised the rent and in turn the tenants receive less service. Don't know yet if I'll stay another round, for now I wouldn't unless they turn things around. The funny thing is they went from $100 to $500 if I recommend the place and someone becomes a new tenant. It's all in the little things.
