I have been living close to 2 years at Sienna at Riverview. I was happy until recently they switched management and I must say that now I hate this place and I am looking forward to move ASAP. Service provided has been mediocre. The communication from the front office is confusing and they often contradict each other. I definitely do not recommend these apartments to anyone, not even students who are probably the majority of the tenants. And this place is way too noisy!

i agree-- When I first checked out the apartments, the staff was awesome and super friendly. Then I took over the end of someone's lease in April, and suddenly the staff was different. I found the manager to be somewhat abrasive and standoff-ish. AND-- every single time I was in the office, someone would come in from the fitness center complaining that the a/c was not working. This happened 3 times in the six months I lived here!!! Obviously they still haven't taken care of it... Just happened again this morning.
