Gone downhill

I've been living here for almost 3 years now. I liked the community quite a bit for the first year or so but its gone downhill lately. One of the main reasons I used to like this place was because it was quiet. It's no longer quiet. Being on the Tempe/Mesa border you get noise from the ghetto type people blaring their bass music and you also get noise from the college kids who don't care about anyone but themselves. The walls are pretty thin and I can hear just about everything going on in my building.
If you are past the age where all you want to do is party, and you actually want a quiet place to live, I would stay away from Sienna at Riverview.

I would totally agree with this! I just moved in and am a working professional; I like to relax on my days off but it is very difficult as the pool is super busy and the music is out of control and I don't even have a pool view apartment. The property is littered with beer cans and other random trash. My beef is with the people who aren't cleaning up after their pets and there are a lot of them.

I agree about the pets. Sometimes I feel like I live in a dog park. The barking, the feces, people who walk their pet w/out a leash- it's a joke.
I've noticed an increase in police activity too. When I asked our "Crime Free Neighborhood" management- they blew me off.
