I have been at Sienna at Riverview for about 6 months now. It is under new management and they are doing a great job. The property always looks good and you can tell that they care. This speaks volumes!!! I have a beautiful apartment and a great deal. I couldn't be happier here.

this person MUST be a plant from the management... no WAY that this place is a "great deal!"
Especially nowadays it's cheaper to buy a condo! The rent here for the smallest 1 bedroom STARTS at $725 and a 1 bed plus den is $900 - the 2 bedrooms are over a $1,000!!!
As for the management- they really don't care- I'm sure. When we had 7 cop cars here one Sunday night at 2:30am & I asked them to find out what happened (this is SUPPOSED to be a "Crime Free Neighborhood" and they are SUPPOSED to be obligated to find out) they blew me off & acted like they didn't care. They basically put it on me to find out.
The floorplans are great & so is the location, but the management & the price are NOT.
